Return Policy

If there is a defect or a problem with an order due to shipping or some other error on our part we will work quickly to fix the problem.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it to make sure it is what you ordered and that it will fit your doors before discarding any of the original packaging.

Items returned for any reason other than defect or error on our part will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

If you need to return an item please contact us via email and state what you would like to return and the reason. We will promptly email you a return goods authorization number.

Once we receive the merchandise we will issue a credit less shipping and the re-stocking charge.

To receive credit all merchandise must be returned in the original unopened packaging. Merchandise must be returned packed in an outer box. Please do not return with tape and shipping labels affixed to the actual hardware boxes. Use proper packing materials to protect the hardware during shipping.
